ASR deals in Criminal, Commercial and Civil litigation and causes appearance before various court, tribunal and authorities.
ASR has expertise in dealing with all types of criminal matters and has successfully defended number of proceedings before the Special Court of CBI, ACB& State ACB at Mumbai, Sessions Court and Courts of Metropolitan Magistrate at Mumbai.
ASR has successfully conducted number of cases triable exclusively by the court of sessions and cases before the court of Judicial Magistrate. ASR has initiated & defended multiple proceedings under the Negotiable Instruments Act. ASR has also conducted several civil matters before the civil court & the High Court.
ASR is currently representing the clients before the Bombay High Court bench at Aurangabad, District & Sessions Court and Magistrates Court at Aurangabad as well as Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Consumer Forum and the Family Court at Aurangabad.
