Motor Accident Claims
ASR has appeared in and conducted various motor accident claim petitions before the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal at Aurangabad.
The aim and object of section 166 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 is to provide financial aid to the survivor who lost his/her loved one& financial bone of the family in unfortunate road accident and also to those who sustained injuries during such mishaps. ASR truly appreciates the intention of the legislature and works in the interest of their client.
ASR is also representing the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation, Aurangabad Division as their panel advocate in the claim petitions filed against MSRTC, Aurangabad before the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal at Aurangabad.
ASR believes in speedy disposal of the claim petitions considering the beneficial nature of the litigation.
